Scholarships for WONCA SAR Conference 2025, Bangalore, India

Dear Friends,

Scholarships, are available from MRCGP (INT) South Asia for the young doctors of South Asia to attend the WONCA Conference in Bangalore, India, April 4-6, 2025

Eligibility

• The applicant must be a young doctor (FM/GP trainee or within first 5 years of practice)
• The applicant intends to attend the conference face to face with an accepted abstract (oral/poster/workshop)
• Not awarded same scholarship in last 3 years

Apply with your CV, a letter from the Spice Route (YDM)
chair of the country, and a copy of submitted abstract to the Spice Route Chair of your country on or before 15th January 2025 to

Successful candidates will be granted;

• Scholarships worth $500 (for South Asian participants) and $250 (for Indian participants excluding the host state)
• Free registration for the YDM Preconference
• Free registration for the main conference

The recipients of the funds will be selected through a committee comprising representatives from WONCA SAR HOC, ensuring a fair and impartial selection process.

Please note that the funds will only be reimbursed upon the physical attendance of the conference.
