TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast on a per room, per night basis and include applicable GST taxes
• GST rates are subject to change in accordance with the Government of India's rules and regulations.
• Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Check-in time is 15:00 hours, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Full advance payment (100%) is required to confirm the booking.
• Children below 12 years of age will not be charged; age proof must be presented at the time of check-in.
• Personal expenses in the room like telephone calls, food and beverage bills, in-room services, spa, salon, and mini-bar usage, must be settled by the guest directly with the hotel at the time of check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation requests must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at woncasarconference2025@gmail.com.
• Cancellations made by 31st December 2024 are eligible for a 75% refund of the accommodation fee.
• Cancellations made by 31st January 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund of the accommodation fee.
• Cancellations made by 28th February 2025 are eligible for a 25% refund of the accommodation fee.
• No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received on or after 28th February 2025.
• Applicable taxes, bank charges, and online transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed one month after the conclusion of the conference.
