An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (12 years old or older) who has no scientific, professional or business interest in the conference. The following people may not attend the conference as accompanying person and should instead register as a conference attendees:
a colleague or associate working in family medicine or a related field/a student in an undergraduate or postgraduate course in medicine or health.

Accompanying Person Registration includes

  • Access to all Scientific Sessions (Except ticketed sessions)
  • Access to Exhibit Hall & Poster Areas
  • Networking Breaks and/or Lunch

The Delegate Registration Fees include

  • Conference Kit
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments
  • lunch on both days,
  • entry to the Exhibition,
  • E-Certificate of Participation

Ceremonial opening and Gala Dinner invitation will include as per the Registration category

Registration Terms & Conditions

  • Please note there will 18 % GST extra on the given rates.
  • Refreshments and lunch will be provided during all scientific programs.
  • The organizers will utilize the email address and mobile number provided by you for conference communications.
  • The organizing committee will not be held liable for any changes in date or venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • The conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, delivery failures by post, or electronic communication failures

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests for refunds must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at woncasarconference2025@gmail.com
  • Registration cancellations received via email at the Secretariat’s address on or before 31st January,2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 1000Rs administrative fee (as per Committee policy).
  • A 75% refunds from the registration fee will apply for cancellations made from February 1st to 28Th Feb, 2025.
  • A 50% refunds from the registration fee will apply for cancellations made up from1st March to March 15, 2025.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests sent on or after March 16, 2025.
  • Applicable taxes, bank charges, and online charges will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed one month after the completion of the conference.
